For almost 10 years we have selectivley picked only the best childcare staff for the parents and families we work for. At Niche Nannies we have always been about quality not quantity. All of the nannies, governesses, maternity nurses, doulas and child educators selected to represent us as an agency are niche.

This means as a childcarer you will be expected to be highly professional, highly experienced, and very importantly, a childcarer with big heart, who will help guide the precious little ones in your care throughout your time with them, providing excellent care, well being, development, safety, education and support to help create flourishing and emotionally well balanced children.

If you have at least 4 years relevant work experience, and impeccable references then we are looking for candidates just like you. We will only select carefully chosen childcarers who we believe are 'Perfectly Suited' for the role that we are placing them in.
