We are searching for a Nanny Governess for a client in Turkey, Istanbul.
A minimum of 4 years of experience is required to apply for any childcare position with Niche Nannies. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, European Union (EU), and/or Middle East, and have up-to-date documentation, i.e., passport (with at least 12 months remaining), recent photo, any required work/residency permits, and/or work Visas. All applicants must be available for an interview for our vetting purposes and be able to provide original copies of any supporting documentation/qualifications. You will be required to have an up-to-date DBS (in the UK) and impeccable, verifiable references. You are required to be fully registered with Niche Nannies to be forwarded for any of our roles, or to any of our clients. Job Description:
A personally recommended family based in Istanbul is looking for an exceptional French speaking Nanny/Governess for their delightful daughter of 2 years.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in childcare, hold EYFS qualification or/and a Montessori Diploma, be proactive, stimulating and most importantly passionate about taking care of children in this age group.
You will be highly experienced and professional, with a happy and pleasant nature, having the ability to create a loving and fun environment for the little one on daily basis, and following an educational approach based on the Montessori method in support of reaching developmental milestones. Teaching good manners and etiquette, as well as understanding family values is a must. An interest in art, music and theatre is ideally desired and playing a musical instrument is beneficial.
This is a fully staffed home, therefore child related duties are required only, however you should be willing to muck in if needed. Excellent team player is essential, as well as having the experience of understanding cultural differences.
The family is looking for a kind, loving and cheerful professional that will remain long term and become part of the family. Traveling with the family is a must
This is a live in position, where a private bedroom with a bathroom will be provided.
English and French is required.
EU Passport is preffered,
12 hours per day, 6 days per week.
