Private Nannies with Personal Assistant experience.

When you need a Nanny PA @nichenannies

Some private nannies with computer, office experience, or exceptional organizational skills can also assist their employer as a nanny/personal assistant. This is a varied role that depends on the specific needs of the employer. In addition to your standard nanny duties, a nanny/PA will take on extra responsibilities to support the parents, and at times, may not be directly caring for the children.

Your employer could be a CEO working from home, a high-profile individual with a busy schedule, or part of a large family. In these scenarios, a nanny/PA can provide crucial support. Some parents who run a business from home may also incorporate administrative duties into the role. The PA duties generally involve managing the professional and social requirements of the parent(s), offering a highly rewarding role for nannies who can utilize a wide range of skills to support not only the children but also the smooth operation of the household.

While offering benefits to an employee is not required by law, a job with benefits can be attractive to candidates. Although as a candidate you may not expect or desire benefits, we suggest that it should be discussed directly between families and candidates.

In this role, along with your clearly defined nanny duties, you may be asked to assist with various vital household administrative tasks. These could include managing a home business, paying bills, organizing social engagements, or coordinating outside contractors and staffing rotas. Nanny/PA positions require an extremely versatile individual who is comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond childcare as part of their daily role.
