The terms and conditions of business are set out below and constitute an agreement between Niche Nannies and the client. No variation of these terms and conditions can be made unless confirmed by Niche Nannies Nanny Agency in writing. A copy of this agreement must be signed and returned by email by the client.

An authorized member of the Niche Nannies management team will verify this agreement and the receipt of the refundable registration fee upon which the client will be fully registered with Niche Nannies for a period of 12 months.

The Client agrees (1) to notify Niche Nannies immediately when an engagement is accepted and role is offered (2) to pay all Agency fees whether for placement or any other services within the five working days of being invoiced terms herein agreed.

Invoices will be calculated by Niche Nannies and sent by email. All invoices are payable by The Client within 5 working days of the acceptance of a candidate and not the commencement of any employment. The invoice will reflect the date of the client accepting a candidate. Where requested a copy of the invoice can be sent using postal services.

Niche Nannies requires the payment of a one off registration fee of £75.00. It is payable in advance of any candidate information being supplied to you as the client. As part of completing the registration process you are required to read both the Services / Fees agreement and the Terms and Conditions of business. Once you have, then please sign, date and return just the final page from each of the agreements. The registration fee is automatically deducted from the full placement fee once a placement has been made with us. Our full bank details can be found on the service & fees document which was supplied along with these terms and conditions.

A placement fee equal to 17.5% (applied to all UK placements) of annual gross salary is payable once an applicant has been accepted. The placement fee is payable once an applicant has been accepted, whether this be verbally or in writing. The client agrees to settle all invoices within 5 working days.

The client is required to pay all invoices within the specified time period of 5 working days. All invoices that are not settled within 5 working days, in accordance with the agreed Niche Nannies terms and conditions will attract a 20% surcharge.

Referral codes applied to any invoice, have a maximum validity of 14 days starting from the invoice date, after which time the code will expire.

The placement fee is protected for a period of 6 Weeks and Niche Nannies will offer a guarantee of assistance should the rare need to replace an applicant arise within this time. Please note that once the protected period has elapsed a placement fee will be payable if a new applicant is sought within your registration period of 12 months.

Where the candidate will be required to work outside the UK a placement fee equal to 23% (applied to all Overseas placements) of annual salary is payable once an applicant has been accepted. The placement fee is payable once an applicant has been accepted, whether this be verbally or in writing. The client agrees to settle all invoices within 5 working days.

Should the relevant employee terminate within 6 weeks, the full fee will be refunded to The Client according to the our refund scale which will be emailed on request to the client, providing that The Client notifies niche Nannies within two working days of the applicant leaving the employment and that the full fee has been paid by The Client within 5 working days of the invoice date.

Should The Client re-employ the same applicant, the full fee will be again become payable.

Clients employing or re-employing applicants introduced by Niche Nannies within one year of an introduction shall be liable for full fees.

Clients retaining the services of an employee, whether paid or unpaid, will be charged for the period the employee is retained.

In the event of a temporary employee terminating employment within an agreed time scale then a percentage of the fee will be calculated and returned to The Client. However, if The Client terminates the agreement early, then there will not be a refund returned by The Agency for the unused period.

Niche Nannies will calculate the invoice for temporary contracts based on the dates given to The Agency before the commencement of employment. However, should The Client employ the applicant for further periods of employment or extend the original contract dates given to The Agency, then a further charge will be payable for the exact period of employment.

A temporary placement is temporary until 90 days have elapsed, after which a permanent placement fee will apply.

In the event that the placements start date and the date a client accepts a candidate, are less than 7 days apart, all invoices become payable within a period of 24 hours. All outstanding invoices must be settled before the candidate begins employment.

In the absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our fee is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within 5 working days of the due date of any invoice will result in a surcharge of 20% and may force the re schedule of a placement. Failure to make payment with 30 days may result in the matter being referred to one of or our debt collection agents in the UK or internationally whose charges will be added to and automatically payable with any invoiced debt that is due.

In the event a client pulls out of a placement after an employment & contractual agreement have been signed, within 14 days of the placement start date, the client agrees liability for payment of 2 weeks of the candidates agreed salary after the cease date. This will become payable immediately as well as all outstanding invoices for any of Niche Nannies services.

Niche Nannies will put forward the most suitable candidates for your consideration. However it is The Clients responsibility to satisfy herself or himself, that the applicant is, in every way ideal for the role being offered.

We can accept no responsibility for the conduct of any candidate whilst in The Clients employment. Having decided to interview and employ a candidate The Client agrees that Niche Nannies cannot be held liable in any way for damages or claims stemming from the conduct of any candidate / employee introduced.

All information and introductions are confidential and must not be passed either directly or indirectly to other potential Clients or applicants. The full fee will be payable by the Client to whom the details were given by The Agency if this condition is breached.

An introduction fee will be charged in relation to any applicant engaged as a consequence of or resulting from an introduction by or through Niche Nannies even though the introduction may be made indirectly.

The Client will be responsible for deductions and payments of Income Tax and National Insurance and provision of a pension arrangement as required by law as well as all matters pertaining to immigration VISAS.

The Client will provide the employee, before the commencement of the appointment, with a written contract of employment as required by Niche Nannies which should state the salary & any additional benefits.

Niche Nannies acts solely as an introductory agent and bears no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the Client, caused either directly or indirectly, by the candidate or the employee, and shall not be held responsible for any misconduct or misdemeanour by any person introduced.

ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES & FEES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

I acknowledge receipt of Niche Nannies Services & Fees with the Terms and Conditions and I agree to be bound by them in regard to all personal confidential information supplied after registration. I also agree to pay all fees for services and charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Business.

Placement Services - Niche Nannies 2023.

Services & Fees.  All payments to Niche Nannies are subject to our terms and conditions of business & governed by UK Law.

Temporary candidates (UK) - £55 per day / £220 per week
Permanent candidate (UK) - 17.5% of net annual salary
Permanent candidate overseas - 23% of the net annual salary
Temporary candidate overseas - £70 per day / £300 per week
Candidate Trial fee (UK) - £55 per day / £220 per week
Minimum placement fee (UK) - £1250 per placement
Maternity Nurse / Nanny fee (UK) - £60 per day / £250 per week
Maternity Nurse / Nanny fee (Overseas) - £70 per day / £300 per week
Night nanny - £55 Plus per night

Temporary placements are considered temporary for up to 3 (90 Days) months after which a permanent fee applies.
A week is calculated as 5 days, from Monday to Friday.

Niche Nannies will require a registration fee of £75.00 in advance of introductions to potential candidates*. This fee is non-refundable; it is however deductible from the full placement fee once a placement has been agreed.
